Q&A with Arcos Management Founder Katt Arcos

ABOUT KATT

Katt holds Jersey CIty on a very high pedestal largely due to the fact that this diverse city has impacted her life in so many ways.

She attended Catholic school from Kindergarden to her last days in college.

Obtained her Bachelor's degree in Communications and Master's degree in Business Management from Saint Peter's University. In Saint Peter's, she was actively involved in student organizations and once served as Class President, Latin American Service Organization (LASO) President and Orientation Leader.

Katt spent the first many years of her career as a hospitality sales professional for hotel brands such as Hilton, Starwood and Intercontinental. She loves the hospitality industry, but always dreamed of owning her own business and somehow getting into the entertainment industry.

There has always been a drive in her life to help others, serve her community and fellow colleagues, and always create networking opportunities. She holds the value of family very dear to her and it can be stated that her deceased father, Sgt. Angel Arcos, played a very influential role in her life and in starting this business. He always pushed her to become someone in this world and owned his own trucking company, JKS Transport, named after his three daughters.

Katt believes that God has truly put this calling in her heart and has given her the chance to build this company from scratch. She is ready to do what she was called to do; assist others to reach their full potential in the industry, create a more diverse pool of talent that will have no other choice but to SUCCEED!
